A strong, bay gelding born in 2001, IB A Nu Twist has a few famous horses on his pedigree as well. For example, names like Nu Cash, Mr Gunsmoke, Doc O’Lena and Colonel Freckles are all familiar to those with interests in the Quarter Horse world. “Jerry” as he is called at the ranch, has been used at the Atwood Ranch cattle operation in Red Bluff, CA as a using horse. He gathers cattle, sorts in the pens and may even have had a rope or two thrown from on board during branding.

Kalley, the Atwood Ranches’ Young Horse Developer, says “This is a nice ranch gelding that is friendly and good looking to boot! He usually takes everything in stride without missing a beat.” As a left brain extrovert, he is a fast learner and playful but forgiving as well.
