Lot: AR Powderfully - 2005 bay mare

 AR Powderfully, also known as “Sissy” is by our Atwood Ranch stallion Ill Be Smart, known for producing cutters, reiners and working cowhorses who have earned nearly $1.4 million.  Her dam, Powderful, was the NCHA Derby Champion.  Her grandsire on the dam’s side is Powder River Playboy, another Atwood Ranch stallion, and passes on not only his athletic ability but a beautiful head and neck as well.  She has plenty of performance potential as well as good looks.

Sissy is an introvert which explains her reliable qualities, with both left brain and right brain attributes.  She is a gorgeous, three-year-old bay mare with three lovely gaits and a certain touch of elegance and grace.  Kalley Krickeberg, Four-Star Parelli Young Horse Specialist, has said, “Sissy has a medium spirit and is very sweet and soft.  She is a beautiful horse and has great performance potential.”  She has done a bit of cutting in the past and has since followed a cow – both real and simulated – and may have strength as a reining horse, too, as she can sure stop and turn.
